We bought this house in early 2022. It was stripped down to the studs and radiating potential. When each one of the Renaissance Staff walked through, we all knew it was supposed to be an RC home. It has over a century of history, including decades with the Jones family. The first week we were in the house we had the pleasure of meeting Alan Jones. This was not only his childhood home but his children’s as well. Mr. Jones and his sons are all artists, and he showed us which room used to be his studio. It has been such a joy to get to know a family who once gave this house life and who share our excitement to “turn the lights back on” for the next family. After a few typical construction delays, we’ve finally begun restoring what will be a beautiful 6-bedroom, 2-bath home.
